CODE RED !!!!!

Being under shelter in place orders has been tough on the waistline. I have also neglected my tracking and am paying the price. This last weekend was particularly bad as I took a road trip to help my Sister and BIL move to their new home (about 90 miles north). I am notorious for bad eating while driving, and this trip was no exception. Not sure how to avoid that, except by not taking the road snacks and meals with me (I took a lunch and a dinner). If I don't take my own food, I usually do worse by getting fast food.

I am now about 17 lbs over my goal weight (and about 19 lbs over my lowest weight recorded in 2019). Still way better than the 250 lbs I was at when I started this journey about 2.5 years ago.

As I have continually said, I WILL TRACK EVERYTHING I EAT. This will help me to recognize bad choices and to make the improvements needed to get back down to my goal.
