My first journal entry...I've been slacking for a few days on here as far as tracking my food, I kind of fell off the wagon with the holiday and today I turned 30 and I declared a "Feast Weekend", lol, I don't even want to think about the weight I packed on in the past week, it's going to be a fright. But, tomorrow's a new day, I'll get up, weight myself and start again. The feast is officially...deceased. lol!
