A message on neuropathy from Doctor Mandell.

Welcome everyone Dr. Mendell here. My job today is to give you some quick education on supplementation for any kind of neuropathic or neuropathy. Neuropathy is commonly seen with high sugar and diabetes, autoimmune problems, refined carbohydrates, drinking alcohol, High cortisol, high stress. The bottom line is whenever there is excessive amount of inflammation in the body you're going to affect blood vessels & circulation that's controlling those nerves. Now your brain runs on electricity and like electrical wires our nervous system needs insulation. These nerves are covered by an insulating sheath called mylon, that is vital to the normal functioning of our nervous system, which is insulating or protecting that nerve to not become inflamed and irritated, and is going to start experiencing tingling, numbness, cramping, weakness and this neuropathy affects arms, hands, and fingers, as well as the legs, feet, and toes. I am going to share the most important supplementation that you can be doing to repair your neuropathy, the B vitamins are definitely on top.
B1, B6, B12 or B complex. Alpha Lipolic Acid 600-1200 pr day. Acetyl L Carnitine 500 mg 2x day. Magnesium 350-600 day. Turmeric 1500-2000 day. Vit D 1000-5000 day. Omega 3 fish oil 1000-3000 day.
Dr Mandell can be seen on YouTube. He does not sell anything. His podcasts are 5 minutes long and very interesting.
