Why is it I can be so “health minded “when I’m laying in bed at night but that rededication seems to go right out the window when I get back up and on my feet in the morning?

i’m talking about-“I want to go for a walk tomorrow. “Or “I need to drink more water tomorrow. “Or… Etc. As far as my cupboard and pantry only containing healthy foods-yeah I’m pretty bulletproof here except I’m also creative. Last night I try to make onion rings using fresh onions, all purpose flour, and virgin olive oil. All healthy foods that can be combined into an unhealthy result. The good news is it was a fail.

I’m the same way as well. I agree with @gz9gjg, if that’s the only option and no other influences it helps. I’m on day 1 and I’ve already skipped breakfast because I wasn’t hungry.
We’ll get there, just keep pushing.

It sounds similar to "I will start my diet on Monday". My suggestion is to strike while the iron is hot ! Instead of thinking tomorrow I will start drinking water and walking more... just get up out of bed and do it ! My days and nights all run together lately... who cares what time it is in our own little isolated worlds right now. Maybe consider a stationary bike which you can hop on anytime of the day or night instead of waiting for sun up.
