Walked for 50 min. saw nice houses and gardens but nothing unusual today. Got laid off from my job last week so i need to walk every day or do something physical to keep from gaining.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
