haven't done calorie counting in a long time but with covid-19 going on I figured now is a good time to focus on myself. today I went on the treadmill and burned 400cal and will be trying to lose 20lbs by june. I've managed to do it once before when I worked little hours. funny how when you don't work much you can have more time to focus on yourself. 🤔🙄 back then I managed to go from 170lbs to 140lbs and it was amazing I hope I can find the motivation now to stick to it.
