Thanks, I'm trying. I quit my job and took garden leave at the end of February having just been through a hard breakup so I hermitted. It means that this is week 7 of not going out and socialising and.... I just need a hug. Thankfully the cat atleast is a cuddly one.

Look at the positives! Eggs are good for you and potatoes do have nutritional value as well. Eating a meal like this every so often is far from the end of the world. Stay positive and take care x

Thanks for all your lovely comments. I know it's tough for everyone at the moment. Nice to have a supportive community to ee you through the highs and lows of life.
Peat_68, I have been keeping in touch with people. Was nice to have a virtual dinner with a friend yesterday. My poor dad must be sick of my calling twice a day 😂
Bubblegum, thanks 💕. I am over the worst of the heartache now, beginning to see how he controlled every situation so i was in the wrong (even when he did the same things). My mental health has actually got a lot better since it all ended. And the lockdown does mean its a clear end, no possibilities of fixing things and months to gather hindsight on bad it all was. Silver linings to everything and all.

A bit of comfort food isn’t a bad thing! Especially right now, and in such a small amount. I’m craving it constantly, especially due to a breakup 😞... just try to think about why you want comfort food. For me, it’s usually when I feel low and miss family and friends. I’ll push myself to make an amazing cup of tea and and FaceTime one of them 🤗 it helps a lot. Thank you for sharing, and chatting with people here. Message me if you ever you want to rant about cravings, dumb guys, what’s on Netflix or the view from your window 😊 xx
