Hope everyone is fit and well.Been trying to keep active and been doing the Joe Wick stuff with my lad as I have him for a couple of weeks. Looking at some of the updates by you fit folk I should be doing the Jo Pacy workout! Fantastic results and it’s good to see someone really feeling the difference in herself.
