I've done well with my calories this week, I've been staying right at or under my goal. I've also been exercising, I did miss 2 days this week, but I've still gotten it in 4 days so I'm okay with that. I'm happy with my progress this week and feel really positive today.

Now, the weekend could be a whole different story. Exercise I should be able to do, it's the eating that may be bad. I know tomorrow we're going to my Mom's and she's grilling and the rest of us are bringing sides, it sounds like everyone is trying to be pretty healthy. The only unhealthy thing that is going to be there will be a cake that my aunt is making. I'm sure I can stick to 1 piece, but I just hope I can stick to 1 piece and then not go home and eat other junk later. Sunday, with it being Father's Day, I don't know what my hubby will want, we may grill so that wouldn't be too bad, but we may go out. My goal is to record what I can this weekend, I know some of it will be hard because of the dinner at Mom's, but I'll try to guess.

You can do it, log everything you eat. If you stick to it, you will think about it and not go overboard. Good job on getting in 4 workouts this week and sticking to your RDI. Have a great weekend!
