I found this website and it shows how to figure your calories for the day based on your height, weight, activities and lets you know the foods you should eat. Because my calorie level is so low I need to make sure the foods I eat are nutrient dense. I don't want to waste my calories on junk food that have no nutrition. Nothing with sugar, no chips, no greasy flour, no Dairy, no grains, pastas, breads Etc. Just healthy food. Lots of good veggies and clean meat. Foods that boost the immune system
