I made some fairly dreadful food choices yesterday and went to bed with a horrid stomachache from hours earlier. On the plus side, that was the last of those frozen items, so that temptation is officially banished!
I woke up feeling groggy and with a wicked headache that I am attributing to the sheer amount of salt and lack of enough hydration, so in the hour I've been up I've had 24oz of water and 2 excedrin and I am back to my bouncy, happy self. Today is beautiful so I'm going to take advantage of the near-end of spring and go for a very long walk outside. We'll be close to 90°F next week so I have to take my opportunities where they come!
Hubs bought me my favorite protein in the form a whole turkey just for ME and he picked up all the right veggies and fruits for me to get back into the keto zone and stay there. I couldn't love that man more, I swear. He's so supportive of me! air also bought the 2020 version of MasterCook and am hoping that it will have keto-specific options in it. if not, I can always sub out ingredients to make them that was, but either way I'm excited to see the changes in the program. I've used that since you had to buy the CD and web downloads didn't exist.
