0430 start time. 65 minutes of cardio. 30 minutes on weights. Still using the half rep technique. This is working out well. I can feel the muscle working during exercise. I can feel the pump.

Kudos to you! I so admire people who get up that early to go to the gym and do their workout! I would still be sleep walking :)

use to go at 6 got up at 430 for devotions gym at 6 work at 8. then hurt my knee. now ineed to do something w/o pain on knee
