I'm glad to hear that!! I have also returned to my weight from exactly 1 year ago. Crazy how I gained 13 kgs and then lose it in one year, hahahaha. How are things in Japan with COVID-19, how have you been? Stay safe and stay healthy 💕

There is a shortage of masks and toilet paper, but the government has taken countermeasures and will resolve them soon. COVID-19 is scary, but to prevent it, "eat nutritious food, wash your hands, gargle and sleep well." Essentially, humans have an immune system to fight various diseases. Drugs are only a means of helping the immune system.
