Another day of going to the gym. I was hungry today so my calories were a bit high but still okayish. Carbs were fine. Just over 12 net carbs. I made keto friendly tortillas for dinner and rolled some chicken with salsa, sour cream, and cheese in them. I forgot to add my guac. They don't taste like anything if you don't add seasonings in the tortillas. I used a different salsa today and it was a lot more watery than the other ones I usually get. I won't use that brand again. It made my tortilla soggy. :( My muscles hate me tonight. My legs want to fall off and the back is slightly spasming. Hopefully the icy hot will help. I need to do more yoga.
