Started bootcamp class. Nearly died.

I really haven't exercised in about five years, and I just joined a gym two weeks ago. Everything I attempt kicks my butt HARD lol! But yes, the bootcamp was...wow. Hopefully I will adapt quickly so that I am not suffering for weeks on end.
