I pigged out on the weekend, so my overall deficit is very low. Maybe -100 cal/day on average. that means I might lose a pound every 6 weeks. My weight is up right now. I wanted to wait and see if it was just PMS or whatever.... It's been up several days, so I am finally recording it. It's fine. It's on the record now. At least I can watch it fall again now that I am getting back on track.
