Meh. It's a loss, but still disappointing to be sure. I had thought with the gain I had last week and the fact that shark week had arrived right after that I'd be looking at a better loss today. But, I did eat off plan on Sunday when we celebrated my little Bee's first birthday with my mom's lasagna and yummy blueberry lemon cupcakes. I may have had another cupcake on Monday. Perhaps I should be happy I lost anything at all. I see no reason why I should not have more improvement next week. #staythecourse
