Today was a lot easier than I'd expected! I ate a heap of chicken which definitely helped. After dinner I had 100 calories spare but I didn't end up using them. They'll cover any poor logging.
Yeah, I am logging my food on another app that I've been using for some time. Can't be bothered setting up all my foods again. I'm really just here for the community support, which there seems to be plenty of!
Roll on tomorrow; another day of great foods in moderation!
