I am tired today, I think it was just a little too hot in the house to sleep well last night. At least I still got up and did my workout this morning. I think part of being tired too is getting used to a different routine in the evenings. Going to those baseball and softball games is messing with me.

I have been staying under 1500 cals so far this week, so I'm proud of myself for that, even if some days are closer to 1500 than others. We'll see how it goes today. I've got to go straight to a softball game after I get off at 5, so no dinner for me until after 8. Last night we had dinner after 7 and I was starving, so we'll see how I do tonight.

At least you are staying active! I haven't been AT ALL!! Really starting to mess with my mentality. So without it I have to super watch my diet and have even gained over 2. ugh! But yes the week is almost officialy over so that's great!

Good for you for staying at the 1500 mark. It is so hard to do & you should absolutely feel accomplished!

Great job on the calories! The baseball/softball schedule would be hard to get used to. My SIL was telling me her girls play 2 times a week, one M & F, one T & T, so at least they get to go to both they are gone every night of the week! They have practice at the same time, but in 2 different towns, other town is about 5 miles away, so that's not terrible.

Thanks all!! My kids have ball on opposite days too, so we are going to games Mon thru Thurs. It's going to be a long month and a half. :)
