That's the sort of breakfast I'd be happy to wake up to! Similar to what I've been doing for several years off and on (off lately).

I love oatmeal. Never thought to try dried apricots in it. Gonna try that! Thx!😋

I eat oatmeal every other day or so. I add one serving of probiotic yogurt and one sliced banana and bam! my oatmeal is sweet enough and fullfilling! I use a little bottled water instead of milk.

I make applesauce with no sugar. Just a little cinnamon and put a couple of scoops in oatmeal with a quarter cup of soy or almond milk.

Oatmeal will definently fill you up until lunchtime! At least it does me! I make sure my oatmeal is a little tacky though, because I have noticed that when it is too soft or too sweet, my hunger returns before lunch.

I'm not a oatmeal person very rarely do I eat oatmeal no matter what the consistency,or what's put in it! but this looks really good!😊
