I only ate about 2/3 of my steak. I bought just over a pound total for 2 steaks. I cut a piece off of mine & saved it. We ate it sliced on our bagel halves this morning. The potatoes were on the smaller side so only just over 100 calories for mine....plus 2 tsp. sour cream & about 1/2 tblsp. butter.
