Have been trying at least 20 hour fasting past two days then a Keto meal or two, seems to be working as my weight finally went under 160. I think I’ll keep this up until I reach my goal.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
