wow...I know this will not last but I am in utter shock. I just hope to keep up with the cooking and logging. and being concise of how much I should eat instead of eating like a rabid dog hahaha. happy monday everyone!
93.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 39.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Rabid dog...lol, I hear ya, Eerin. I've come to the conclusion I'll have to "diet" the rest of my life. I put on wt like crazy. So, permanent and deliberate self control and logging will have to be how it is.
