After a lot of urging myself this morning I got up and did my workout and about the last 10 mins I thought I was going to puke and all of a sudden felt really tired, so I'm thinking I may have caught my hubby's bug. I had to go to work too because I knew we were going to be short staffed today, so I'll suffer through. My stomach is churning and I'm feeling pretty blah, but I think I'll be okay, if not I'll try to go home early. I'm glad I got the workout in though, because I know by this evening I'll be ready for bed.
Yesterday was my rest day and for some reason that meant eat too much. I ate the head off a chocolate bunny and I'm not gonna lie it was glorious, but I stopped at the head. I also had some cheesecake last night, it was a small piece with some lite cherry pie filling, but I know I didn't need it.
Today I'm going to try not to snack so much in the evening, and hopefully I won't go too overboard with comfort eating because of my stomach.

Hope you feel better soon! I felt pretty blah yesterday and had a bit too much comfort food, today I will be better. I had to talk myself into my workout this morning too, glad we got up and did it:) It has been storming all night and it was soooo hard to get out of bed this morning! Yesterday was my rest day too and I have noticed I have a tendancy to overeat on my rest day. Almost like I'm resting from eating well too.

I hear ya, why does rest=eat? I don't know, but I need to stop that. It's supposed to be kind of stormy/yucky here tomorrow, with maybe some snow mixed in. When is spring going to get here?

Awe hope you feel better soon! Drink lots of water and stay away from the bunnies. Bunnies are evil. They look all cute and innocent but they aren't!
