Everything was on track for an on target calorie intake until the 2pm meeting. My newest (and youngest) engineer made peanut butter fudge “goodie bags” for everyone. I had no willpower that late in the afternoon. I logged it, it put me over for the day, but damn, it was delicious!!! Back on track tomorrow - the dentist appointment at 11 ought to take care of any lunch and afternoon temptations lolol
