Yesterday was terrible. No workout and I ate horribly in the evening, there was pizza and it wasn't pretty. In the afternoon I was craving chocolate so bad, and I managed to stay away from it, but then when I got home I was wanting to eat everything. This is TMI, but I have stomach issues and I was really "backed-up", and when that happens my eating goes out of control and it's like I can't tell when I'm full. Well, I took some meds last night for that and things seem to be better today, so hopefully I will be able to eat better and fell full today. I already got my workout in and I should be able to do pretty well with my eating.
The weather is still cruddy here, but not as bad as yesterday. We had hail, sleet, lightning, thunder, and snow. At least today it's just a little icy and snowing a little. Will spring ever be here?

Pizza, I love it and you can't eat just a little, lol. Hope your stomach is better today and yay on the workout in already. Love the morning workouts. We're having some pretty intense thunderstorms today! And the temp has dropped 20 degrees since this morning, by poor kids are in shorts. Good thing they are inside most of the day!

I had your back on the over eatting thing. :) I worked out hard this morning so I feel much better about it. Figured, it happens. Not beating myself up about it....moving forward. Working out cause I want to. I always feel like a million bucks afterwards...even if I don't eat like it! :)

Thanks all!! My stomach is better and I haven't been nearly as hungry. I like to do the morning workouts too, it really gets me going for the day, I just have to remember that when I'm trying to wake up.
