Blinders off. Now I am not crediting myself for burning calories sitting around....
Now I don;t need to wonder why I am not losing weight.
I eat more than I burn.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
