UPDATE: Lost like, three pounds just from quitting bored eating. When I took my break, I kinda let loose, which meant going back to bored eating again. Now that I'm officially trying to lose weight again, I'm taking baby steps. Starting with cutting out unnecessary snacking, then going back to eating 1 meal a day, (I rarely eat breakfast, so I usually eat 2 meals a day and I used to eat 1 meal a day which I'm good at keeping up with) and I'm going to try to start exercising again.
