Wake to a water weight gain this morning. Three hours on stressful roads and socially buzy six hours. Met new folks. Ate very moderately.

Remember seeing a doctor who wore a CGM saw a huge blood sugar spike while he did a lecture. He was 23 hour fasted at the time of the lecture. Stress.

Need to reset again, and will eat high fat at will today. Should get on the Omad track again very soon I think.
