So I'm on day 1 of a 4 day birthday celebration (40th), and so far, I haven't completely derailed from my diet. Applebee's was a bit scary, but I kept it to a 540 cal meal. Even passed up the free birthday sundae! Hopefully the rest of the week will go smoothly...not sure though as we'll be at the mercy of our friends at the lake.
