Adjusted OMAD timing to 7 hours before sleep yesterday, and wake up to near record levels in sleep quality. ☺ .

27 hour fast yesterday, and the meal was reduced further. Nine small eggs instead of thirteen. My belly fat pinch this morning indicate a loss. On a good track right now. Loving it.
