Great job Moopie! Besides tasting good cinnamon is really good for you, two quick benefits, it helps control blood sugar levels and it is a good antioxidant! I love putting cinnamon in my oatmeal everyday, it has such a warm, comforting smell and taste. The past two weeks I've been putting (in my oatmeal) a drop of vanilla extract, a pinch of brown sugar, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, walnuts, pumpkin purée (Libby's from the can) all topped with cinnamon! When I'm eating this late I sometimes put whipped cream on top, it's amazing!!!!! (Oh I put the pumpkin, sugar and walnuts in after I cook it).
