hey we go again I cant seem to stop bouncy from 120 to 130 and back again. it's not a bad weight for my height (5"8) but not what I particularly want for myself. I'll get there one day
59.0 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
