I dropped a pound a day for four days in a row. Stomach shrank, didn’t feel as hungry, didn’t eat much for a few days (less than 500 calories a day)... well now a few days later, and no weight loss at all.... did I plateau? Is my body in starvation mode and trying to compensate for my lack of eating for the few days? How do I kick start my metabolism to make up for my cut in calories?
