-13.2# to lose to get to 'healthy,' not overweight -3.4% BFat, -2.8 BMI Down; 13.2# to lose to be 'healthy,' not overweight.
Slow loss over the past 2 weeks. Only -2# since 31AUG. Still going in the right direction after a plateau.
13.2#/4weeks, possible? I'm doubtful. I think I will reset the deadline for that goal to 31October.
13.2#/6weeks seems more realistic now. That'd be -2.2#/week
I need to get back into the exercise every day groove. I've slipped to 3X a week. It needs to be more if I want to hit my new goal.
