Finally see my drop after dang long plateau.
Doing awesome on my sodium weekly averages with ideal daily levels.
Working on increasing protein to 50% daily calories now.
Sugar limits are going well.
Carbs at 100g or less.
No problem with fats and bad cholesterol. Eating plenty of nuts for good fat and cholesterol.
Feeling healthy.
