Happy Friday the 13th. Usually a lucky day for me, so let's hope it is this time.

Alone in the office with my boss :-(. Ha, Ha, last night she had the nerve to insinuate that I should come in early so that she wouldn't be alone this morning. F NO! Oh, okay I came in 10 minutes early, but that's it!

Moon Soundings last night was good. I was distracted from my tooth/jaw pain, by the back and neck pain of laying flat on the floor. The lady conducting the session, was very kind and used a bunch of blankets to prop me into a more comfortable position. Very proud of myself for being able to stand up without assistance after laying there for an hour. Will consider doing it again, or even auditing a yoga class when I get back from MD.
