Just started adding garlic and yogurt to my diet at separate times because yogurt is a probiotic and garlic is an antibiotic. I really dont know what Im doing but I am keeping on track with my caloric intake. Follow Me!

Garlic is also a prebiotic food! Way to go. You can never ever eat too much garlic. I take garlic oil pills as well. Best to eat it raw. Enjoy.

I eat it raw onions every day. I like to add garlic but not quite every day. I am trying to find a better balance and go with that. I am always making moderations to my meal plan. Thanks eat little, I did enjoy this meal!
