wow. so anyways, I think i know what to do to maintain a weight number( all that crazy crap I was doing which I thought was helping me stay healthy but not helping me to lost weight.) I haven't reached my goal. so I'll take notes, and do those things when the time comes. right now I have to use the techniques to shed the weight. wow. it's really a science.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
