oh my goodness! since the last timemi posted the scale kept teeter totrering between 140 and 141!!! couldn't figure it out until I realized I implemented smoothies....#dontdrinkyourcalories!!! that's definitely true for me! no more smoothies! as SOON as I cut them out ....look at Gawd!! lol 😂😂😂😂
