My 'Energy Meter' read only like 5% throughout yesterday. The body talks, and tell me to rest after those two long days of weight lifting.

Srossca Had focus on muscle soreness, but quickly learn there is an overall exhaustion factor too. Will do as you say, refuel time. Thanks.

I started squats again yesterday and got on my stair climber. It felt great but today my thighs were SCREAMING as it was my 13 hour shift 😫💪💪 800 my if ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer lol

jcmama777 After hard core lifting, I ate about 4 pounds of chicken, and wake up not feeling sore. I do not think chicken is ideal, but I got tempted to try it, since it is a quarter of the price of beef here where I live. You may want to give that a go. Like tell yourself that you deserve a good load of protein after a workout like that. I lost weight the morning after having those four pounds of meat.
