I was just thinking that I should aslo add the supplement called Melatonin which is an all natural sleep aid supplement bc I have extra energy due to my new healthy lifestyle and it sometimes interrupts my sleep. My doctor told me about it a month ago but I think I will add it in March. Getting appropriate rest each night is so important in the weight loss journey. Gonna add a Fiber supplement, and a CoQ10 supplement in March also. Still keeping up the good work with my diet and exercise. Taking it one day at a time. :)
