So my mom made meatloaf yesterday and I had a few good servings of it but stayed away from the mashed potatoes.. I’m going to stay away from heavy fattening foods today.
68.6 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
