full day of monitoring my food intake (won't use the D word). did pretty well even though i altered my plans, did so 'healthily' actually am a bit below rdi to lose 1 lb/week. i'm still feeling hungry though i just had two serving of all bran. i'm craving a cottage cheese blintz for 90 cal and 6 g protein. but i think i'll let that go. i don't know that i really need that though it sounds great right now. they say to wait 20 minutes and the craving passes. i'll take a shower and maybe that will do it. yikees, in reviewing my food diary i see i left out the one serving of dark chocolate i had with tea, so i'm needing to add 170 cal and that puts me at 106% of what i my rdi. 6% over. that's not really so bad. must be extra vidulent about writing everything down.
