I began the year at 240 lbs, so far I am at 191 lbs! 10 more pounds to go and I’ll be in maintenance mode, feeling much better and although hasn’t been easy at times it is doable: low carbs, counting and logging, los fat, no added sugars, walking everyday! You can do it! It is just a matter of finding the right motivation
