Good luck! The loose upper arms are one of the most difficult areas to tone. I read it takes work on all upper body areas - shoulders, back, chest, as well as the arms. I have been working out with weights for 8 or 10 weeks now, gradually increasing the weights and intensity; not seeing improvement in the upper arms yet. But my legs, butt and abs are shaping up nicely; so I have hope!

Ugh well I guess I better get working or buy more sleeve shirts! Its heading to fall so covering might work best! I have always have been pretty comfortable with my body but my arms and thighs are very giggly now. Funny since I have always had a natural small waist and stomach regardless of my weight.
How often do you workout. I really do nothing other than some walking at this point.
