I know that the Atkins' books advise us to beware of other companies' low-carb claims. Well, I was scoping out some low carb products on the Web and saw this interesting piece on netrition.com. http://www26.netrition.com/flaxomeal_granola_page.html I'm not affiliated with the site in any way but I have to say that I'm impressed that they followed thru on some of the rumors of improper labeling. I'm even more impressed with the action they took and how they've made the info available.
