Wow what a crap day. Woke up really late... worked for like 2 hours. Got home, did some stuff on the computer, ate lunch, minor housework... then I laid out in the pool for 30 minutes. That wiped me out completely. I came inside and passed out for like an hour. And now its 9pm and we're eating dinner. I hate that.

I am trying to make it a habit to work out at 10:30pm (since I'm a night worker-outter) every day. That way, I can always block out that time. So, tonight I hope I'm feeling "digested" enough to workout after dinner. Weighed myself today and the 1/2 lb down stuck.

Hi sweetie-pie! I hope you're working out right now...or forgot to add it in yet. I like your idea of setting aside a time to work out. If I had any sort of commitment (job, school, volunteer, etc) I would probably only be able to work out if I scheduled it in. I hope it works out for you. Just know you're making a commitment to yourself. I guess I've taken it as "my job" to try to get beautiful young women like yourself to take care of this issue now, once and for all. I just look at my tummy skin or leg skin and think - I didn't have to have this, I could have avoided this (well...some of it is also due to having a couple of babies, but not the bulk of it)and I want so much for people like you to avoid having this issue. I mean, not to be too graphic, it's not a huge issue like people you see on TV, it's just not that lovely tight skin we take for granted in our youth. ------------------------Are you doing okay? It seems like you're so exhausted lately. Which is totally understandable with all that's been going on lately. And probably the humidity on top of it. Just worried about you, girl (my cyber-daughter!) Hugs to you <3

Yep D just finished about 40 minutes ago. Did almost 50 minutes, two different workouts. The second one really made me sweat. Missed yesterdays workout so, gotta workout every day this week. But it's been so hot I haven't been fishing in quite a while since no one really goes down there in the heat, so it's easier on the weekends to workout. Plus I love the mat I bought! I was cheap, but man, it really works! Wish I had bought more (it's that interlocking foam type mat) so it was bigger. --------------------------------------- House is coming together slowly. I'm spending so much money, is that normal? I guess you have to spend money to decorate a home but seriously it seems like I could spend $200 a day on things we need... BAH! I need to win the lotto.

Yah!! Congratulations on working out and going hard at it, too! I'm proud of you :) Glad you love the mat, too. Makes life easier, doesn't it? And the butt isn't so sore. I think it really helps my feet, too, but I've had foot issues for about three or four years now. The mats are pretty cheap, at least at Costco. I think it was $11 and made a 4' x 6' mat. Which fits perfectly on top of the rubber (?) gym flooring my husband bought me. Truthfully, I wish it had about another foot or two in length and width for some of the aerobics type moves I do. -----------------Decorating isn't cheap, that's for sure. Do you check out thrift stores for interesting stuff? Or antique stores or maybe garage sales? Craigslist? Screw it, just win the lottery! And then I can say I knew you when... :) Glad you're back in your routine. (I could spend $200 a day on Amazon, easy! I almost have to not check it so I don't spend. Poor hubby - he's SO patient with me, too!) Gonna go work out! Hugs to you, girl.
