Its becoming a common story this summer. Going to an evening social event and over eating. Last night was a Shakespeare Festival production of “Witness for the prosecution” (good play). We packed drinks (beer) and snacks. Also ordered sandwiches from the on site cafe. Hard to track, but I an guessing about a 4000 Kcal day (ugh). As before, I will strive toward better, healthier eating today, and hopefully tomorrow.
