Worth the weight's Journal, 23 Jul 10

I was without internet service for the last 48 hours so have been food journaling with a paper and pen what a drag! I have been doing pretty well on this challenge, focusing on why I'm eating as well as what and when. Had a few slip ups but know it's ok, leave them behind and move forward.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's dedication still writing it all down. lol Glad you are doing well on the challenge and good to hear that you are moving forward. That's the best thing to do when we slip up. Just keep starting over but never give up. Have a great nightm and glad you got your service back. I hate when it goes down. It's amazing how much we rely on it.

I know what you mean my son is about 5'10 or 11 and he is huge too. He probably weighs about the same as your son. It is amazing because Ashley and I are small boned and when I look at him sometimes I can't beleive I ever dragged him to his room lol I couldn't drag him anywhere now lol
